I am looking forward to a new week, to gather my thoughts regarding my involement with technology and my clients. I am very over my head! I hardly have time to do my paper and pencil work, much less actually involved in making videos! I do want to make this a goal.

What is most important?
How do you plan to prioritize the paper/pencil work and making videos?
The most important is meeting the needs of my customers(NE's, Liaisons,Support Staff, Administration, etc.)
Hopefully my learning experiences will be a way for me to become better at what I do!
How, I have no idea.....still thinking!
