Just making sure I am addressing everything needed for my project.
My question is in regards to communication. I want to know if I can use technology to better communicate with my customers (NESS Liaisons, New Educators, Educators, School administration & Staff, Peers)
To narrow down my particular "issue" of the week, I plan to do a follow survey to a sample of my NESS Liaisons (same I sent a written survey, with written directions) , using some type of technology. Exactly what, still undecided, video, podcast,garage band., blogs, Quia,...
I did the original survey as the data for my PGP an communication with my clients and a better understanding of site base induction.
I still need to become familiar with the various products, technology out there that would increase my level of communication.
Hopefully this make some sense?
Every time I go to a site, listen to another podcast, attend another workshop, or just talk to my peers, I can think of a million ways to do this, now I just need to try some of my ideas out!

Kathleen, I was wondering whether you have had the chance to ask your customers whether they would download the podcasts. Knowing what teachers feel would be important (to me at least!)
Interesting, Diana. Is the need for the customer or aimed at the researcher? CP, here we are discussing need again and what level of need is each client as Bill mentioned.
