I am constantly rethinking how I will use this technology with my customers! I was at a school today and thought "OH, this whole project should be on video and edited for a variety of customers." For example, how one school wrote a grant and is documenting what they are doing, how teachers are learning to increase their level of effectiveness in their classroom, with little effort!!!,How to do pre and post conferences, front loading teachers, on and on and on................
Perhaps I was high on caffeine!!!

How do you interact with tehse customers? What is it that you provide? Perhaps a focus on the work rather than the technology will help to clarify your question. YOu cannot do everything so pick one priority area.
