- will modeling strategies on video really assist my new educators
- will they assist the IC's working with their NE's

Video taping helps any and everyone. When you speak, you might do something that is distracting that you don't even know about. You might have too many hand jestures, or your directions might be unclear. Video taping wil help your educators. They might even think they are doing all the effective steps but aren't.
Who are your direct clients, the NE or the IC? How have you assisted them in the past? What are the the most pressing issues for your clients?
Taping the grant process would always be a blessing to any educator. Most have problems just taking that first step. I could see that a video would make the steps effortless and inspire others to take that step.
I like the question about the modeling strategies on video and how they will assist the new educators. I'm sure you will be able to find research that already exists on the modeling strategies and then you will be able to incorporate these with the podcast technology element.
